Quinn and Grant's Virtue Talk #3

This week, Alex was a great teammate! At Our Place, only half the gym was available, so there wasn’t room to play a full-court game, like usual.

So, instead, we decided to play a half-court game. In the game, Alex was showed great teamwork by passing to her teammates, and also showed some great skill in shooting. She swished nearly all of her shots and when she missed, she made sure to hustle after her rebound. More importantly, she didn’t let any miss affect her, and kept shooting with confidence every time. Alex’s positive attitude made the game more fun for everyone.

This past weekend, Nicholas showed an excellent level of hard work when he played basketball in his first session at Home Court Advantage. He started with his warm up by taking a few free throws and working backward. After, he worked on his dribbling through cones and trying to beat his time each round. In addition, he was working really hard on cutting to the basket and receiving the ball. Nicholas definitely showed a great level of hard work.
